Vanessa is an experienced counsellor who will work alongside you with compassion and integrity.
Vanessa uses a variety of counselling models, adapting her approach to best meet the needs of her clients.
Vanessa has been trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Based Counselling, Domestic and Family Violence Counselling, Sexual Assault Counselling, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and providing Supervision to Practitioners.
A Bachelor of Human Services (Counselling), a Diploma of Counselling and a Diploma of Community Services have provided Vanessa with a broad range of knowledge and skills. Ongoing professional development and regular Clinical Supervision ensure that her practice is dynamic and up-to-date.
